Student Community

Dixie Cove Apartments was designed to provide an interactive community for all those students calling it Home. We serve both male and female students, providing seperate sleeping areas and interactive common areas. We are dedicated to provide safe, fun, quality housing to all our students. We want this to be an enjoyable time in your life.

Dixie Cove Apartments is located adjacent to Dixie State College campus in St. George, Utah. You will be within a couple of blocks from gas station/mini-marts, fast food and sit down restaurants, Zions Bank, and Beehive Credit Union. Target, Michael's, TJ Max, Lowes and a variety of other stores are within a mile. You will also be within close proximity of the local bus line for public transportation.

Our Management Team is there to address any problems with amenities, services, roommates, or personal issues.
