Dixie Cove Apartments has a fun and interactive setup. The upstairs facility consists of 18 double occupancy rooms with one room handicap acccessible. The downstairs facility has 3 double occupancy and 2 triple occupancy rooms. All rooms have a private bathroom. Both facilities have common living rooms with big screen tv's, cable, central heating and cooling, dining areas, and a full kitchen.

All rooms consist of similar furnishings, with the number depending on number of occupants, including; twin beds, built in desks, desk chairs, fridges, microwave, closets with built-in waredrobes, basic cable and high speed internet access, and cabinets for storage.
