About Dixie Cove Apartments, Ltd

Dixie Cove Apartments was purchased by Dixie Cove Apartments, Ltd. in August 2006. Our company is dedicated to providing safe, quality housing to our tenants. Dixie Cove Student Housing was picked as the "Best off-campus student housing" in 2004 by the Dixie Sun.

We have been faced with a number of challenges since purchasing Dixie Cove Apartments, but are back on track to regain our title. Dixie Cove Apartments has undergoing a lot of changes over the past year, including new ownership and new management. There has been a lot of work put in to improving the condition and atmosphere of our facility to make it safer and inviting for our students.

Dixie Cove Apartments is currently managed by Preferred Property Management, a professional full service management company that has over 20 years in the business. They handle all of the rental and maintenance of the facility. They also provide an on-site manager to aid in enforcing the rules, assist the students with their needs, and show the property to potential renters.
